Fan cleaning resulted in broken laptop
I asked for a fan cleaning and now I have a broken laptop.
I thought it would be done in an hour, but it took for hours (charged by the hour) and now the keyboard and battery don't work anymore.
I asked him to come back and fix that first before I pay and the answer was "Pay first, then I come to fix". I insisted that he comes first and he stopped replying. Clearly he knew what he did.

I asked Dial a Nerd to come and check and they had the laptop open and closed within one hour, but they could not fix the problems, but they found some broken pieces inside.
