In 2012, Nadav Ossendryver, a schoolboy with a passion for Kruger Park, founded Latest Sightings. After his parents became tired of his hobby of asking passing motorists what they had seen, Nadav decided to look to technology as a solution. His idea quickly took off and the community has grown to be extremely devoted to the wildlife and amazing sights of Kruger Park. On the Latest Sightings YouTube channel, users share incredible video content, making it one of the top ten most viewed channels in South Africa. Members can also chat with each other on the WhatsApp groups and, when Nadav is in Kruger Park, the community meets up on the deck after a day's viewing to share stories.
