I am from Limpopo at Malamulele Mashobye to be exact, I have been reporting this problem from the past year with no respond or action. There is no coverage to some parts of the village that you have to be on the hill to make a call. why cant you send your technician to go and have a look as to what the problem is. One cannot receive a call and you cant access your emails.

I lost my phone on Friday the 29th June 2018. I tried doing sim swap all weekend with no success, all 3 branches I went to I was told they were offline. then on Monday the 2nd July I went to Southgate mall branch and the lady who was assisting me was busy with her friend and didn't finalize what she was doing. she gave me the sim card only to find out that sim swap process was unsuccessful. even to day the 4th July I still don't have my number activated. I have been on contract with this number for over 5 years now. Kindly assist because my patience is weighing on me.
I am having no joy with your customer care.I have been trying for 14 days to have my line sorted.My phone number is ********.I can receive calls but cant dial out.I am at wits end as all I get told the fault will be escalated to the tech and I get a ref number.The following day I get an sms fault clear and its still not working,I then go through the same process again.Sometimes three different people call me with the same result they escalate the call.Am I wasting my time should I have my number ported to another service provider I have been with vodacom for 12 years.
I placed an order for Upgrade online on 10 Feb 2018. It was indicated that the phone is out of stock. I called on Monday 12 Feb to get an ETA on the phone. No one could assist me. They proceeded to call the warehouse who also had no answers. I have since then called on 4 separate occasions only to get the same answer. It is now the 22 Feb and i still have no answers and the warehouse still cannot give an estimated time for the stock to arrive. I tried to escalate it today, and the call centre agent was not very helpful. I was told i would be contacted so that i can escalate the issue and this has still not happened. What gives Vodacom? Very poor service from a long standing client.

We have been Vodacom customers for many years now and have complained about or Cell reception and there have been various complaints registered and we get told that some one will contact us and Vodacom has a booster to increase the signal yet we have still to this day not been contacted we have 6 cell devices on contract do we cancel all of these and find a service provider that will sort out this problem

In correct debit order amount was taken on the wrong date ,did not received a copy of the contract , received R200 free airtime 5 days after receiving the phone, its a new month have not received any free airtime at all.

I refer to a telephone discussion on 3/0/2017 with Zintle. During the past 18 months that I had my contract, September 2017 was the FIRST time that my airtime was used for data. Previously, when wifi was not available, my tablet said "no connection", and it NEVER used the airtime to connect to the internet during the previous 18 months. Now, suddenly, since 4 to 21 September, over R900's airtime was used for Data????? And during the period 4 to 21 September, the wifi was NEVER off, so it was impossible that the tablet could use the airtime as data. Why, out of the blue, R900's worth of date got lost in less than 3 weeks??
