Wi-Fi connection
I've been struggling with Wi-Fi connection since yesterday and today, I've logged calls and they promised to call me back.. Jrerr this vodacom company is useless they don't even bother to communicate with us when they expirience network problems they wait until you call them this fuckeck people.. They must hire competent people to do their work mxm..

Stealing from me.
Over and over again I have tried to get this company to take an automatic data 2mg off my account. Since August I have phoned and emailed and spoken to countless agents who always promise to call back as the issue has to go with accounts. So I finally get this dealt with and they credit my account as promised. I get the credit note, statement and another invoice with the automated data still being charged!!! I have never been so angry. So I phone again, speak to an agent again, promises to get back to me again. And nothing. I have reversed my debit order as they have taken more from me as agreed and I will not pay a cent until they take up the responsibility of dealing with this.

Unsuccessful porting
I've ported my number a week ago and my issue I can't receive sms and calls I've been reporting the matter from vodacom store and calling customer service several times but there is no help I'm worse this is a new contract I even regret because of this low service

Extremely poor customer service
I sent e-mails to vodacom customer care and everytime just get automated e-mail but no response from vodacom.
I upgraded the 31 Dec 2021 but did not use the phone as I did not have a front screen.I only started using the phone two weeks before this incident happen.i still took the phone to Vodacom as I could not open whatsapp and the consultant assisted me and I had to pay for the assistance. took my phone on 7 April 2022 to Vodacom as the phone was getting hot,goes into options even if I don't touch the phone and the phone used 5gig in 4 days.I received sms and went to fetch the phone 19 April 2022.The consultant switched the phone on but the battery was flat and he said I need to charge the phone and see if it working properly.I did so when I got home and it did the same .I called the repair centre and asked why all my info was wiped and also that I experienced the same problems and what is it that was done on the phone as they have not indicated anything on the job sheet .The consultant said that they have reloaded a new operating service onto the phone and I had to take it back to the store.
Received sms that the handset is with the store but nobody from vodacom called a s requested.i called them this morning and was told they will test it in the stores cause it could be my sim card that giving a problem.Why was this not done the first time the handset went in for repair.Waiting on feedback from vocadom

Went to the store last night to collect my handset only to find they only did the same update they did with the previous time the handset was booked in and my screen is cracked.The manager of the store told me that I need to contact Vodacom head office to find out what I must do.I left the phone in the store.
This is really very bad customer service.Please assist as I want to cancel this contract.

Unfair dismissal
My son shehzaad khan was working for vodacom ballito he contacted the virus at work he took very ill with a temperature of 40 degrees extreme headache and body pains and convulsions he couldn’t go to work the next day the following day his boss Junaid caged sends him a termination of his contract because he did not come to work

Vodacom shop fourways mall
I booked a phone for repairs on Monday and was advised that the phone has been written off, got a job card number and was told I would get a replacement by Friday provided that insurance has approved and the insurance company did call on Thursday to inform us that Vodacom should go ahead with sale of new phone. Today is Friday I’m supposed to get a replacement phone and Vodacom fourways calls to inform me that their system has changed and I’ll get a phone in 2 weeks time and sent a new job card number.

I am failing to understand why Vodacom won’t release phone as insurance called to inform us that they should and why a new job card number without explanation. I have been a Vodacom customer for over ten years and I am extremely disappointed in the service I got and I will take my money elsewhere and never purchase from Vodacom ever again.

Vodacom unlawfully canceled my contract
A person phoned me from vodacom and explained that I have a network problem. He told me that they cannot assist because there is buildings blocking my signal. I asked that they provide me with a divice at my house and he said they will not do it because they are going to put up a new tower near my house soon. He told me that he will let someone contact me from the cancelation department and discuss my options. Today my contract was canceled and I have been sitting in a vodacom shop with a kind assistant but then we spoke to kashly in the cancelation department who confirmed that I never told anyone to cancel my contract. She said the only option that I have is to take out a new contract with vodacom or another service provider she dropped the call on us and we were then informed that we have to call customer care who is the only people who can help us. Nosi was then the person who we talked to and when I informed her that I will report them to the ombudsman and said they will only be able to reactivate the contract in 72 hours. I asked to speak to her manager and she then said she was in a meeting. I have never in my life experienced such bad service except from the Immanuel who is assisting me in the store.

Vodacom is now refusing to reactivate my contract and we have to speak to a different person every time.

I think this is a great injustice to the consumer! What TIPE of business is this???

No delivery of parcel
Shockingly pathetic service from Vodacom.

I ordered a mini UPS via the Vodacom App on 9 November 2021.

I received an SMS stating delivery within 5-7 working days. 14 days later no delivery, no sms, no email from them.
I called Vodacom and was promised a call-back the same day, obviously nobody called.

I then made contact with Vodacom via Facebook on 3 December 2021 requesting assistance. This seemed an even more useless exercise.
They keep on telling me " our team will be in contact........." How long does this team need to trace a missing parcel.

Had some more promises made – but NO ACTION.

Today 4/1/2022 : Still nothing- still waiting for my package after 55 days !!!

Vodacom Fiber Service sucks
My internet have been down for 6 days now and it is still not working. I have made numerous calls to vodacom SA regarding the problem and they are blaming Vumatel Fibre and Vumatel is blaming Vodacom. I also asked that a manager call me back several times and I am still waiting for them to call me back.
Take my advise, do not take Vodacom SA fiber connection as their service sucks.

Customer service non existing
I have sent numerous emails to Vodacom customer service without receiving any reply. This is unacceptable. I cannot get hold of a Vodacom customer agent. it seems like Vodacom is forcing me to visit a Vodacom store which is not acceptable because of the Covid virus.
