The service here is DISGUSTING to say the least. My Daughter went on the 7th April to book her Learners Licence. The African Gentleman (THUBA) and African Lady working at the eye testing station have no clue what is going on. To add to this, they are RUDE and was shouting at my Daughter that she does not listen and she failed her eye test!! She was told to go home and have her eyes tested!! I took her immediately to Spec Savers in La Lucia Mall for them to tell me that there is nothing wrong with her eyesight. Spec Savers also said that they do not know what they are talking about. So I wasted my day for nothing only to be shunted around. Apparently it is a known fact that if you "bribe them" you will get somewhere. I think it is disgusting and I am also not the first person to complain about how RUDE those people are in that department. SIS on you!!! My poor daughter was so upset about being screamed at in front of all the other applicants.
