They pitch up late, by 4 hours. Don’t answer calls in time, have unlicensed trucks. Luckily due to their unlicensed truck they were unable to enter the estate. We paid our deposit and when cancelled we have to wait 3 weeks for refund, that is if they don’t run away with the money.

The move was done very well! Everything arrived in perfect condition. They came a day before to pack all my items safely.The staff were friendly and thorough. Really excellent. The company also had excellent communication. They made the move stress free.

It's a scam. Mark outsources everything so there is high risk of Damage, theft and lack of accountability when it comes to the recovery of your goods or belongings. I was left in a new town with Missing boxes, multiple pieces of broken furniture, they were 5 days late so I slept on the floor for a week until they arrived and last but not least, don't transport valuables with these people because they claim to have insurance but I've been left with expenses of up to R40 000 in damages. I've been ignored via Mail for over a month now and I've resorted to fixing the problems myself because they are simply scammer artists who come up with new additional costs due to poor quotes. They don't have a clue what they are doing. If there's anyone out there that needs assistance moving - DON'T USE STAROAR LOGISTICS

Staroar Logistics did a very good job. On the day of moving it was raining ???? and ???? and I had to stop them. They listened to me and they came on the day I requested them to come back.

The driver kept in touch while he was on the way.

Trusted moving company and great supervision. We moved our stuff with Staroar Logistics yesterday , they arrived on time and Mike and his team were very helpful in by move to Rustenburg, I cant say my experience is the same as others but I was happy with the service I got will definitely recommend the anytime!

I didn't have a positive experience with this company. Firstly, I believe that they are using a pseudonym for the person that handles the quote and the overall business, Mark B, to pass off as a legitimate company. Secondly, we explicitly made mention that the property for delivery has stairs (and the number of floors) however, when the movers came they demanded that we pay them extra money because they were not aware of the stairs (despite us mentioning that we infomed this "Mark B"). Lastly, they were careless with my belongings and damaged my fridge. They argued that the insurance would cover it however after weeks of following up, they have been avoiding our calls and emails. I believe now that they don't have insurance nor are they a legitimately run business. Save yourself from being scammed and bullied, it is not worth it at all!

Thoroughly disappointed by the service received, would not recommend.

Please guys dont ever use Staroar Logistics.
Mark the sales guy and Mason who is the manager are very unorganized and ignore your calls. They promise to call you back and never do. This after you have paid in full and they are 2 hours late for pick up!! I booked for 9am on 29 March 2021 and they conveniently showed up at 11:10am. The Manager interrupts you while you speak and actually doesnt really care how late they are. Ive been hearing how they are on their way since 09:12am. They arrived at 11:10am as mentioned. Also this booking was made a week in advance and paid in full!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM PLEASE dont use Staroar logistics they are a scam!!! They are unproffesional, their drivers arrived with my furniture 12 hours late and he was drunk. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN

Those Zimbabweans are very disrespectul I hope they never find business again
