The said lady started attacking me verbally as soon as I booked my car in for a second service in 11 days because the electrical person was not working on the day. She verbally abused me as customer for absolutely no reason. When asking about the key battery she threatened to keep the car overnight. Now, BMW if this is the kind of person you appoint to destrot your brand, you have been successful. Such lack of inter-personal skills helped to destroy Menlyn BMW for me. What a sad case she is.
