I bought a printer ONLINE last year in April I bought it specifically for printing sublimation on T-shirts for my business but I never got to really do this because on the third time of trying to print the colours didn't come out right from the printer I then left the whole idea of doing sublimation because I felt like I'm not yet sure how it's been done maybe I bought a wrong paper. The ink that came with the printer is still full. I have another printer that i used for other prints so i didn't really use this much.

In December I then tried to print some artwork for a photoshoot that I was doing. This printer then printed the red pink instead red, yello also printed in a lighter version of Pink. I emailed makro but i wasn't getting good service ss i do from #Takealot I then took the printer to Makro cuz they were refusing to come and pick up the printer. When I got there, they told me the firms are closed and they will only be able to attend to the printer in January i must return with it cos if it breaks they won't be responsible for it. I refused and I told them I'm not going back with this our printer back to northwest you see what to do with it, if you don't want to assist me call your manager. There was a lot of back-and-forth until somebody said it's fine they will take it in and that's when I started communicating with the lady called in Mpho from Online department. I've got back the printer we tested it and pictures also still came out very bad.

Again I communicated with Mpho and tried to get her to collect the printer and fix it. She disappeared and never contacted me again on emailing again and again Makro Crown mines told me to contact vaal Makro I told them I told them I ordered online so they cannot tell me to contact this branch or that. They must just send their Courier to come and pick up the the the printer they told me they cannot do that I may just go because I bought it from Vaal and must go and drop it off at Vaal Makro. now my question is why would I buy from Makro Online and then have to deal with a specific shop when I'm staying so far away in Northwest why are they making things difficult for us by attaching an online shop with a specific shop and then making us suffer because now these people are rude they don't care about customers and the guy who called me in from Makro Vaal, he even told me I've been using this printer for nearly a year and now i wanna return it. He said I must see to it and and delivery to them so that they can see what's happening.

This guy, knows no one will reprimand him. He knows he has hus job n pay month end hense he can say anything to me as he desires. He knows even if i complain, i won't get help because he is the only help i have. Is this how Makro Operates? Very bad customer service.
