for improvement- not to say that I was dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received from Marvi and the guys at Galvatech. In fact, they were fantastic in all aspects. From the moment the driver collected my goods right up till they returned it. Thank you Marvi and thanks to the Galvatech hierachy for employing such competent and friendly staff. I was extremely impressed with the manner in which my queries were dealt with. You manager Marvin is a real problem solver after an initial hiccup.
