Begging for a second chance

Excellent customer service from Marvi and the guys at Galvatech
I gave four stars as nothing in life is perfect and there’s always room
for improvement- not to say that I was dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received from Marvi and the guys at Galvatech. In fact, they were fantastic in all aspects. From the moment the driver collected my goods right up till they returned it. Thank you Marvi and thanks to the Galvatech hierachy for employing such competent and friendly staff. Looking forward doing business with you in the future!

Fantastic personal skills and interaction with vlients from one of the managers called Marvin
I was extremely impressed with the manner in which my queries were dealt with. You manager Marvin is a real problem solver after an initial hiccup. Nevertheless I want applaud the hierarchy of Galvatech for employing such well mannered and efficient personal. I shall definitely do business with you in the future.
