REFUND NOT PAID
AFTER RETURNING THE RENTAL CAR, FILLED UP, WASHED AND VACUMED THEY REFUSED TO REPAY THE R2000.00 DEPOSIT
NOBODY CAN ASSIST ME - I HAD TO CALL AND HAD TO START THE REFUND PROCESS AT HEAD OFFICE LEVEL..

FRAUDULENT INVOICE_ NO ACTION BY AVIS
After renting a car from Avis and returning it early, I received a reduced refund on my deposit. I visited the Secunda branch. The Lady advised that the vehicle was returned late and there was toll gate charges. She will take it up with her manager and advise. I have not heard from her since. I also complained via e-mail and received a ref CASE Fxx Ssr. Ref: ifv EZR. No contact could be made by telephone after a few attempts.
Time of the acceptance of the vehicle and return is available on my Google account. That was submitted to Avis!
P.S. THE VEHICLE WAS RECEIVED IN A THILFY CONDITION

I was at Avis Bethlehem the 24th December 2020 to collect a car, I ended up not taking the car because of the bad attitude of the staff member who was helping me, my account was debited R417 which I believed was a cancelation fee since I did not take the car, but I am being debited again within a week, Avis is taking advantage of having my account details, I need my money back please this is totally unacceptable, we give our banking details because we trust the company but now I feel that is being abused. Avis has debited my account a proforma money worth R5000,00 and again invoiced me R5213.63 with their erroneous escalation of extra 200 Kilometres and additional day that i never had. up to this day no money has been returned to me. my emails to customer care are no longer responded to ever since they realized their mistake. i demand my money back!!!

Refundable deposit still has'nt returned back to my acc over a month & 2 weeks of returning a car
My refundable deposit of R2880 was never returned back into my acc its been 6 weeks now, the rental car was returned back on the 3rd of August. I have sent many emails to avis but still i have'nt been helped. I am so frustrated and unhappy.

Good morning, I have been billed with more than R8000.00 and I have been billed with more than R2000.00 for single trip. My ID Number:******** and my names appear below. Please come back to me urgently because I didn't receive the invoice. Kindly attend to this matter and revert back to me urgently.

Bad service
My account was deducted twice by Avis for the same amount after I returned a car to Avis. Now I am struggling to get my money back and it shows on my bank statement that my account was debited twice for the same amount. I was left without any funds to support my family and myself. Until today no refunded yet.

Thats what avis does to the clients i have'nt received my refundable deposit its been more than a month now their car was returned back to them on the 3rd of august but i have'nt got my money back into my account and nobody seems to be helping me yet i have sent so many emails and made calls.

Avis came and took the car with police
Avis came to our home and took the car with guns and the police based on a false accusations made by a customer of my husband
They were rude as hell and threw the stuff out the car and refused to talk to us. The car was paid up and untiml the end of April 2020 . This is totally unacc ptable and we are proceeding with legal action against them.

Where is the delay to process the payment for the claim, must I wait another month?
I am seriously not happy with your customer service.
I have to always follow up, no calls unless I call, no email unless I send one.
Is this how AVIS operate, I will escalate this matter I have waited very long.

waited for the claim to be settled, accident happened on the 05.12.2019 and today is the 28.01.2020- waiting.

Unresponsive Crooks
Over the holidays i rented an eco sport, very happy with the vehicle and decided to keep it 4 extra days.Phoned avis 7 times no answer then i called their head office was put through to someone that can assist me but phone was put down twice in my ear. Now they are charging me R6000 for 4 days because of their incompetence. Highway robbery
