I saw your 2 neons 10 inch tablets online,so I need it asap, so was going to get it from Clearwater yesterday but thank heaven I called in first and was advised by Thulani that there was no stock and he'd had no idea when they would get stock.He also said non of the branches had stock Besides that the staff were so roudy in the back I could barely hear him on the call.
If I order online it will take 3- 5 days to get it right??? I get absolutely mad when things are advertised and no stock is available!!!

Bad Service
I was at the Fourways mall branch and lady who does contracts was very rude after waiting for long hours And After l went to her at 17:50 and told her l wanted check something quickly and l am coming she said to me she doesn't care what l do whether l stand there or go... When she is done with the customer she was assisting the shop is closing so she can't assist me after being there for 4 hours, what a waste of my time... I really did not like her attitude it stinks

I have been trying for over a week to get some feedback from incredible connection relating to my complaint and they have complety ignored all my correspondence Will never buy from them again

Bad Service
Why do you have a platform for consumers to write reviews if you dont resolve them or get into contact with the customer because I have wrute a review few days ago and still waiting for feedback.

PATHETIC Customer Service
If I could give -5 stars i would. I had never had such bad service experience as at Incredible Connections Paarl mall. I visited the branch on Wednesday 24 Nov 2021 and completed all necessary documents to apply for a contract and a labtop worth R14 999. The consultant, Lyle said that they could not complete the application because the manager was not available to assist. Arrangements were made that they would submit the application the following day (Thursday,25 Nov) and would then contact me to come in for the final vetting. I haven't heard from them the entire Thursday and also nothing on Friday (today). I tried phoning the branch numerous times with no answer. I took off early from my work (today) to went all the way back to the branch. The consultant,Lyle,first told me that he did phone me. I told him that I have been waiting for 2 days and did not get a call from anyone and I also couldnt reach them on the landline for the last two days. Lyle said that they didn't answer their phones because they were too "busy" (there were not even 1 customer in the shop at that time 16:45). I then asked Lyle if we could just finish the vetting to finalise everything. Lyle's response was " Unfortunately we cant assist now because the manager was yet again not available and maybe tomorrow "!!!!!
This service is PATHETIC AND UNACCEPTABLE!!! I WAISTED all my time on Wednesday to come in and complete qll the forms. They did not even bother to contact me the following day, as promised and still was not able (or willing) to assist me futher.. The consultant, Lyle doesn't have no experience to deliver customer service.
Incredible Connections Paarl mall have THE WORST customer service. I will make this complaint on all socail platforms known. There are way more other suppliers that sell labtops and electronics than to ever go back to Incredible Connections again!!!! PATHETIC!!!

Poor service
My name is Connely.
I placed an online order (********) on 5 Nov 2021 for a pair of white JBL earphones.
It was delivered on 8 Nov but the color was dark blue.
I immediately called the call centre and was told that they will contact me shortly as to what the next steps would be and rectify the order.
Without notifying me the courier collected the incorrect order and since then I have not received any communication from your call centre to keep me informed when my correct order will be delivered. Everyday since the 8th of November I have been calling to check on the progress.
Today is the 16th and I have not received my order. I am so frustrated and very disappointed in the service I'm getting.
I'm your customer and I've been wronged but no one seems to care. Your customer service is really very disappointing. Communication is non existent.
I feel I am being punished or penalized for your companies error.
I'm really loosing my patience and would really like someone to please make this a matter of urgency and assist me please.

Electronics Retailer ONLY doing in-store checks at a PREMIUM!!!
Below is a message I sent to the Incredible Connection Complaints department to which I haven't gotten a response or follow up call

"Today (04/11/2021) I bought a xiaomi mi box S streaming device around store opening time. Whilst at the store I made a stern plea to the salesperson that we activate the device whilst at the store at which I was dismissed with contempt and the explanation was that such activations costs R250. I was taken aback by this because I failed to understand how a simple plug and play test, with a potential to pick up an operational issue, could amount to that R250, however, I did as adviced and left the store without a checkup.
Arriving at home I unboxed the device went through the 3 easy steps as explained outside the box, to my dismay the device is failing to send the signal to the tv i.e tv screen remains blank (HD Ready Sinotec LED tv) and when I removed the device from the HDMI input and plug my laptop in its place (same cable that came with device) I get a signal
Therefore since the device is turning on, with a white light (front) and red standy light (back), my only suspicion is that the device is not sending the intended signal (its faulty) and this could have been picked up at the store but instead I am saddled with a device that won't play as intended and I blame the store for this mess. Very poor customer handling"

I laybuyed a phone at Incredible Connection Welkom. When I went to collect it they had no stock and told me they ordered one from Kwazulu-Natal. They told me it would be here on Wednesday (today) they keep making promises and excuses. What do I do now?

Phone on Warranty but i need to pay first
I bought Samsung A30s cash on the 24th of March 2020, on the 04th of September 2021 I returned my phone back to the shop because it was not switching on and it was still under warranty, to my surprise my phone cant be fixed because the camera is broken and they cant fix it I need to pay R2800 in order for the warranty to fix the initial problem of my phone, I then requested my phone back as I don't have that R2800 they want, so I'm now told that in order for me to get my phone back I need to pay R250 for rejecting to pay R2800. I humbly request that I get my phone back please. I was never told of these monies all I knew was that my phone is still under warranty and it will be fixed.

Bad service
Bought a faulty tablet at Kolonnade. Returned it immediately. Manager very rude. Was a demo. Saleman said I will get full refund if something wrong
Battery was flat in store. Manager refused refund. Bad service. Wanted to buy a tv and soundbar but NO not at Incredible Connections
